SatyaLead provides a property matching and introduction service. We connect prospective buyers with property developers and agencies in Thailand. We do not own, manage or guarantee any of the properties presented through our service.
2. As-Is Disclaimer
All information, listings, pricing and property details provided through SatyaLead — including responses from our AI agent — are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Property prices, availability and specifications are subject to change without notice.
3. AI Content Disclaimer
Our service uses AI technology to respond to enquiries and match buyers with properties. AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. You must independently verify all information before making any financial decision. SatyaLead expressly disclaims liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
AI systems can hallucinate or produce incorrect information. Always verify prices, availability, legal status and all material facts with the developer, agency or your own legal counsel before proceeding.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SatyaLead shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from: (a) use of our service; (b) reliance on information provided by our AI agent or platform; (c) any property purchase or transaction facilitated through our introductions.
You use this service entirely at your own risk. Any financial loss, legal dispute or property issue arising from a transaction is solely between you and the relevant developer or agency.
5. Free Service for Buyers
Our service is provided free of charge to buyers. We receive a referral commission from developers and agencies. This commission does not affect the purchase price you pay.
6. No Legal or Financial Advice
Nothing on this website or in communications from SatyaLead constitutes legal, financial or investment advice. For legal matters relating to property purchase in Thailand, consult a qualified Thai property lawyer.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
